Here’s How the 5 Step Process Works
Step 1
You get high quality bespoke content designed to deliver exactly what your prospects are looking for when they search on your targeted keywords. We create and distribute articles, write Pay Per Click [PPC] ads, develop landing pages, videos, audios, and whatever else our tracking and measuring systems determine your customers want to see when they visit your site. And it’s all included in our low monthly fee.
Step 2
All leads are not equal. Some leads are “tire kickers”, some are hot, and some will never convert to customers. You can’t sell anything to a lead before they are ready to buy. If you focus solely on the hot lead, you are throwing away approximately 80% of your potential sales. But if you have an automated way to keep that 80% interested in your products or services, you can capture a large part of those otherwise lost sales.
Included in your monthly service is our own lead scoring system that analyzes each lead and, based upon certain criteria, automatically assigns that lead to the appropriate follow-up nurturing program. This software was created by our internal team specifically to manage our 5 Step System. It’s not available anywhere else at any price. But it’s yours to use.
Step 3
Once the lead is scored and placed into the appropriate nurturing system, an automatic marketing campaign starts. Your prospects hear from you on a regular basis via e-mail campaigns that we write and load into your follow-up system.
And it’s all included in your monthly service at no additional charge.
Our Nurturing Programs
Our team will develop outlines for various nurturing campaigns and seek your input.
Each nurturing campaign will include
- sending emails to the prospect at appropriate times,
- making the prospect take some actions (e.g. register for an event or download a white paper) – both online and offline,
- change the nurturing queue they belong to if they do or don’t take the required action
- change the score and/or nurturing queue based on their actions on the website (e.g. give them a phone call, if they visited the pricing page more than 3 times in one week)
- sending out snail mail as needed,
- your telesales or inside sales staff placing calls at appropriate times
- getting feedback from the prospect at the appropriate times etc.
When your staff need to take actions, they will be sent emails reminding them what needs to be done and when. They can enter into their calendars. Once they complete the task, they will ‘close’ the request. That will trigger the next action in the nurturing campaign queue.
Once we agree on the nurturing program, our team will implement them and you will start nurturing the leads with very little effort.
Step 4
All steps lead here. Your goal is to increase sales by creating new customers and increasing sales to existing customers. Our goal is to provide everything it takes to get that done on the marketing end.
But we’re not just focused on providing the tools and technology needed to nurture leads and convert them to customers. We take a much more holistic approach.
For example; we monitor the reputation of your company and your brands. We keep our “ear to the ground” using the latest online technology deigned to tell you what people are saying about your organization, both good and bad.
If a disgruntled customer or employee makes disparaging remarks about you in Facebook or anywhere else online, we help you manage the crisis and suggest ways to make things right with the unhappy party, or dispel the rumor, or do whatever else is necessary to restore your reputation.
We do this because we know that no matter how many prospects our systems deliver to you, sales depend upon a trusted relationship between you and the customer. If someone is doing something to destroy that trust, it needs to be addressed at once.
Step 5
The customer is King and you’ll let them know it. Our service includes creating a “Customer Only” site that provides them with self-service tools to manage their relationship with you. You can also have us create customer-only special offers and promotions.
And if you want to leverage your customer relationship by recruiting them as affiliates to help promote your business, we’ll develop and manage your affiliate program as well.
