Although our methodology is the same for every client, our processes are designed to match yours. To the extent possible in an outsourced relationship, we integrate ourselves with your organisation in order to keep everything as seamless as possible. And it works.
Let’s Begin at the Beginning
When you first come onboard we’ll have a meeting. The goal is to get to know each other, to understand your needs, goals and your internal processes.
We ask a lot of questions; so do you. We leave that meeting and prepare an analysis of what we leaned. The team that will be assigned to your account reviews that analysis and prepares a list of their own questions, comments and recommendations.
In a week or so we return for a second meeting to go over our findings and collect the answers to the additional questions. After that meeting, we prepare your marketing plan and submit it to you for your review and approval.
Now Things Really Start Rolling
Once we have the approved plan, your dedicate team starts working their magic. We communicate with you regularly, answer questions and provide status reports.
In addition to regular contact, we hold a monthly online meeting between your team and ours. You always know exactly what’s going on, how we’re progressing, and what kind of response you’re getting.
